Bus Cargo in Helsingborg is located at the central station at gate 6. This is not in the mail hall of the station but rather behind it.

Please Note:

• Driving inside the bus terminal is strictly prohibited.
• Always have your own and the messengers identification when picking up packages.
• Cash on delivery is paid on fridays the week after pickup.
• When searching a shipment you MUST have the package ID from the sender.
• For faster notice of arrival, write the recipients cell phone number on the consignment note.
• Regarding Cash on delivery: Incomplete consignment notes delay your payment. Always have the recipients complete information and write clearly on the note.

Rules regarding transport:

• We cannot ship palletized goods.
• Max weight per parcel is 35kg, Max allowed volume per parcel is 0.5m3, max length per parcel is two meters.
• Tires must be packages so that it protects the rim on both sides, i.e. a thick piece of cardboard box
• Bicycles must be packages in a box made specifically for bicycles. Unpackaged bicycles are denied transportation.
• It's the senders responsibility to care for and package the parcel. Weak packaged parcels is transported at the senders own risk and is not ensured against any damage.
