Gotland is one of the most prominent Swedish landscapes in terms of tourism. Not least, it is a classic cycling destination. For decades, cyclists have enjoyed raukar, breathtaking stretches of coast, the ring wall, the medieval churches in Visby and Ingemar Bergman's Fårö. Here there is history in the form of 40,000 ancient relics, good food and crafts. Cycling map Gotland gives a detailed picture of the Gotland trail.
The Gotlandsleden stretches around the whole of Gotland, from Fårö in the north to Hoburgen in the south. The natural starting point is Visby, but it is just as well to start anywhere on the ring-shaped trail.
