Norra Roslagen is a beautiful and varied coastal landscape with cozy small towns and genuine buildings. Norrtälje is the obvious center with shops, pubs and cafes, art, events and museums. Here you can also find the idylls of Öregrund, Österbybruk and Grisslehamn. The Walloon mills with their industrial history are exciting to visit, and in Finsta Saint Birgitta – the world's most famous Swede – was born in 1303, who died in Rome and was canonized by the Pope. Cycle map Norra Roslagen gives a detailed picture of the cycle routes in the northern part of Roslagen. The map sheet for the cycle map stretches from Öregrund in the north down to Norrtälje and Rimbo in the south.
