In Södermanland, the soil is fertile, the lakes are numerous, as are the castles. There are also plenty of cycle paths. Östergötland is equally fertile, here too there are beautiful lakes and important parts of Swedish history. On this sheet of the cycling map are the large cities of Linköping and Norrköping with Bråviken on their eastern side. There is also lake Roxen and a good part of Göta Kanal. Kolmården is also on this cycling map. Cycle map Södermanland/Östergötland gives a detailed picture of the cycle paths in the area.
On this cycle map there are places like Vingåker, Rejmyre and Katrineholm. Borensberg, Ljungsbro, Linköping, Finspång, Skärblacka and Söderköping in the west can be found on the southern map sheet.
