On our 2.5-hour bike tour around Malmö, you experience new and old, while exploring the city's initiatives to become climate-friendly and sustainable. You will get an introduction to the ambitious targets in Malmö to reduce the city's carbon dioxide emissions, and you will examine actual examples of initiatives to achieve this.

We start in the world-famous neighborhood of Western Harbour, known for its sustainable urban development pilot project that started with the Bo01 district in 2001, and also known for the new urban brand, Turning Torso.

Among other things, you will experience initiatives to make the city green, promote the city's biodiversity, manage and recycle waste and get local renewable energy. Afterwards, we continue into the older Malmö where we explore beautiful old gardens, iconic buildings and the historic center, while talking about more sustainable topics such as green mobility and sustainable consumption.

When the tour is complete, you'll have an overall overview of Malmö's and Sweden's climate and sustainability measures, and you'll have explored classic highlights and hidden gems of the city.
